"New Campus / New Opportunities / New You"
The goal of the Staff Council Professional Development Mini-Conference is to provide a day of free professional development to over 300 IUPUI staff members to advance their professional identity, knowledge, and contacts.
Learning Objectives:
- Extend the knowledge of resources and introduce new theories and/or expand on current theories, methods, or tools to help you grow in your position.
- Provide a variety of presentation formats to offer special experiences and increase ah-ha moments, transferrable learning, and create a call to action.
- Provide opportunities to refresh interest and enthusiasm for managing a successful career while in a safe environment to encourage participation, networking, and learning.
